| Down Stairs Bath/Laundry |
Progress...
The full bath down stairs, about one foot wider at 8' by 10'. The new washer/dryer hookup will house my LG stackables to the left of our new 3' by 5' shower. No bathtub much to my mother's dismay but we are all shower folks- even the dogs! In addition to all of this, Caine also laid all of the porcelain tile which runs from the bath down the hall to the mudroom door.

Upstairs 1/2 Bath

New 1/2 bath upstairs. No walls or floor at the time of this photo, but Caine worked his magic on the plumbing and it will someday be a 1/2 bath!
Down Stairs Bath/Laundry in the works. @ left: Caine hooking up the dryer vent. We were all rolling until he sliced his finger on the metal! @ right and below: The nearly finished product. We still need a door for the laundry closet and glass doors for the shower. Caine will be adding tile to match the floor above the shower. And of course, all the trim.. The smartest buy is this room: the spot free faucets, no fingerprints on these!! The biggest surprise in the room, our "white" Craig's list vanity. While I was disappointed by the yellow color I was pleasantly surprised by the extra tall size- perfect for our super sized family!
